Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 22, 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of Muller Dev services and this website. Please review them carefully before engaging with our team.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Muller Dev services, website, or deliverables, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Muller Dev provides game development and related services, including but not limited to design, prototyping, programming, optimization, multiplayer systems, and technical consulting. Scope, milestones, and delivery terms are defined in project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, approvals, and required assets or credentials. Delays in client input may impact timelines and delivery commitments.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are set in your signed proposal, statement of work, or invoice terms. Late payments may pause work until outstanding balances are resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing terms for source code, assets, tools, and deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. Unless explicitly transferred in writing, Muller Dev retains rights to pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and proprietary internal tooling.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services as defined in your agreement.

7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Projects may rely on third-party engines, SDKs, plugins, hosting providers, or payment tools. Their availability, licensing, and terms are controlled by those third parties and are outside Muller Dev direct control.

8. Warranties Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Muller Dev disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent allowed by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muller Dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the terms of the governing project agreement. Upon termination, completed work and payment obligations remain enforceable, and access to in-progress materials may be paused until payment terms are satisfied.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction stated in your signed service agreement. If no jurisdiction is specified, applicable law is determined by Muller Dev principal place of business.

12. Changes to Terms

Muller Dev may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published with a revised effective date. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Contact

For legal, contractual, or policy questions, contact Muller Dev through the website contact form or your assigned project manager.
